※ The term of accommodation for one academic year (including 1st semester, 2nd semester, and winter vacation). You don’t need to reapply for dormitory for the 2nd semester and winter vacation.
※ The dormitory fees are paid separately for the 1st semester and the 2nd semester; the deposit of 1,000 is only paid once in an academic year.
※ In the period of Chinese New Year period, due to emergency, or in response to epidemic prevention, Division of Dormitory Guidance shall request beds which have already been taken by students. Residents shall cooperate by emptying or adjusting the beds for the overall use.

Dormitory Deposit
1. The dormitory deposit is NT$1,000. You only have to paid once in an academic year.
2. The dormitory deposit shall be refunded without interest after deducting compensation and cleaning charges when a resident takes study leave, withdraws from the University, graduates from the University or participates in practical training or studies abroad as an exchange student with the supporting documents. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the aforementioned compensation and cleaning charges, the University shall request the student to make additional payment.
